As the current President of York Photographic Society I have one evening scheduled for me to give a presentation. Whilst I have given short talks about my photography I've never spoken for an hour and a half about my 'work'.
Those of you who regularly read my blog will know that I love water and the sea so I decided that I would split the evening into two halves based on Yorkshire locations and my favourite topic of coastal photography and the different ways that it can be approached.
I really enjoyed selecting images that would show my development as a photographer and the evening itself was special. The audience was appreciative and I had great fun telling the stories behind the images. I'm about to start planning next year's offering.
Here is a small selection of my presentation.
